The technician, Scot Hepworth is the primary reason for the score of 10 that I am giving. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and took time to answer all my questions and explain what he was doing and why. We called because we were seeing a lot of carpenter ants and could not get rid of them on our own. After his visit, the problem seems to be resolved. He put my mind at ease that I can count on Terminix to make sure that it is. Thanks Scot!
