Thor Ward, my Terminex technician is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient. He’s a great listener to your concerns, polite and focused to the task at hand. He suggests preventive measures and when complete with his visit informs you of his findings and how the problems were treated. He let you know what to expect, to record issues and call for a return visit if necessary. Lastly, he questioned if there are any additional concerns before his leaving. Thor is a great asset to Terminex.
I’ve used Terminex for many years. The men have always listened to anything I say to them if I’ve seen something I don’t want him to miss. He’s always very pleasant and takes care of what I’ve requested.

We have had Terminix for pest control for many decades and haven't been bothered by any critters in the house EVER and the outdoor ones are dispensed with so quickly that I rarely see them.. Nick Yahl, who services us, is very friendly and definitely knows how to do his job. He always calls the day ahead to let me know he's coming and exchanges some pleasant conversation. I don't know what more anyone could expect and we're very satisfied.
