Eric Yanez does a great job every time he comes to service our house. He is always on time, communicates in advance, works quickly and thoroughly. He always asks if there are special needs or problems and does whatever is needed to fix problems.
The Service tech texted me a day before the service arrived on time, Asked for special issues that I had, took care of the issues and regular service and reported on the finding and treatment

Now the yard is a different subject. I am thinking it's because of the season. Cold weather is here. The brown spots aren't getting any better. It could be the weather.
I’ve used Terminex since 1987 & have relied on them for pest control. I’ve been especially pleased since Kevin-Ryan Del Rosario has been our technician.
The Terminix agent is super nice, lets you know when he is on his way. Once he gets here he checks each station and sends me a report of his finding. Very satisfied with his service!

Customer service
The level of customer service. The technician notifies me when on the way plus checks to see if I have any additional concerns. He then follows up to advise me what action/treatment has occurred plus how to contact him should any issues arise before next treatment.
Service is on time and shared report after each service is awesome.
