We were very pleased with our carpets after you cleaned them. I had spoke with many people on the phone before deciding to choose your company. All of them were very knowledgeable and friendly but Jayde was the most helpful to talk with. She really knows what she is talking about and can explain all the aspects of your services. John and his helper were prompt and friendly, explained everything clearly and took precautions in our home while they were working. My carpets looked great when they were finished. I would definitely recommend your company and have told many of my friends already. I was very dissatisfied with my last carpet cleaning experience with Coit. Thanks for such a great experience!

The two employees showed up ahead of time, and had to wait on me to get there. They were very professional about it, and got to work right away and did not seem to rush just to get home for the evening. You could definitely see the difference while the employees were vacuuming the carpets of where they had swept and what they had yet to sweep. Carpets were dry at least 24 hours later, possibly before then, wasn't there to verify. Very happy with the services from Zerorez. It is very apparent that they are highly respected around the area as they had tremendous internet ratings, which is where I found them. High ratings and favorable comments on the internet are very important when people are new to areas. The only suggestion I would offer is to monitor those ratings and ensure your business remains highly rated. Thank you for the clean carpets!

I just purchased a house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving in. I was debating between another company and ZeroRez, but eventually decided on ZeroRez after speaking with the friendly phone representative. Long story short, they setup an appointment for that weekend, gave me a time window, and called to let me know they were on their way. Service was prompt, professional, and worth the investment. The two gentleman who showed up did an excellent job and really work hard to make my carpets looks great! Thanks again, guys! I will highly recommend ZeroRez to all my friends & family.
