Our technician, Rob, was very friendly and helpful. He was patient with our toddler who kept "helping" him and I really appreciated that. The carpets look and smell (we have 2 dogs and a cat) much better. I will definitely use zerorez in the future.

Service was way beyond our expectations. All stains were removed. (Even the bedroom that had old carpet.) bathroom tile just sparkles and grout is completely clean. Patrick did a great job in a very short time. Smell of the product is amazing......so clean, citrus like and a hint of thyme. Bravo to Zerorez!

Your product took 8 years worth of stains from construction,pets and anything else that could be ground in a carpet and it turned out great. After it was dry it also didn't leave a oily residue afterwards. The guy who came out was great explained everything and was nice to my pets. Great job.
