SO FAR SO GOOD - IN ADDITION TO GETTING THE CARPETS CLEANED I ALSO BOUGHT THE ODOR AND STAIN REMOVAL LIFETIME PRODUCTS - SO AFTER HAVING CARPETS CLEANED ON TUESDAY I WENT HOME THE NEXT DAY TO FIND THAT MY DOG HAD VOMITED TWICE IN THE LIVING ROOM - I USE THE STAIN REMOVER - I WILL CHECK TODAY TO SEE HOW IT WORKED

The technician, Rob, was meticulous and thoroughly explained the cleaning process as he went. He was even able to lift the adhesive stain that I thought would require me cutting the fibers to remove. The carpet is odor-free and soft again and the traffic areas look great!
