The appointment was easy to schedule. The tech that treated my floors was super knowledgeable, friendly and right on time. My floors look and feel amazing. I didn't think my tile floor would ever look new again. I can't stop starring at it. I am so pleased with the results.

My rugs look beautiful. They are seventeen years old so I was not sure if the cleaning would help. They looked pretty bad. I watch my grand kids at least twice a week. They are five year old triplets and are always spilling things.

The Tech was behind schedule. He was to arrive about 4:00 p.m. and didn't get there until closer to 7:00 p.m. It is a good thing the Tech was friendly and did a good job or I would never recommend Zerorez.

The results were truly amazing! Our carpet basically looks like new after being cleaned. I love the system you use as I am a very health conscious person. Knowing that the treatments are safe for my family and my pet is just an added bonus on top of how amazing the carpets look. We also had our tile and grout cleaned and sealed it I am so happy with the results! The service man was TOP NOTCH! We will be using Zerorez again and referring all of our friends to use your company as well!!

I like that they leave no residue and are kid and pet friendly.

For starters, both techs Michael Worstell and Nick Ruffner were personable, professional and genuine.
They took time to explain what was covered in the initial pricing, what additional services would be required and how the cleaning process was to be administered.The simple fact that they used shoe cover-footies immediately upon arriving made a positive first impression.
The cleaning process was thorough and expertly executed.

Two opportunities-
* The additional services are quite pricey despite being likely desired and helpful in most homes. Why not price services appropriately? My >$200 estimation was actually $450+. Surprising to say the least yet what was required to clean the carpets appropriately.
* Carpets were damp for a few days. I presume the service was expertly conducted (carpets were clean, soft under-foot, pile looked like new), so I conclude, fans are required to assist in drying. My team was here for two hours as is normal allotted time. The utilized fans while they were here however, two hours were not nearly enough time. I ran fans for two days.

I was surprised to see only one technicin, Nick, but he did a fantastic job! The carpeting dried quickly with no lingering odor. I did not expect all of the stains to be removed but was surprised how well they were.
