I liked the concept behind Zerorez cleaning solution, there is a science behind it and me being a RN, fully understands the rationale! Our carpets and furniture look brand new! In fact, our bedroom carpet, which we cleaned with a Bissell carpet scrubber and stains remained, were removed by Zerorez! Their service is superb! John was the best! He is passionate about what he does and more importantly enjoys serving the customer! You can tell he enjoys erasing the skepticism through his explanation and proven results of Zerorez! John said when he went through the house and stopped at our bedroom, "Now, being how old the stains are and that you cleaned them in the past, the stains may not completely be removed". My carpet was really dirty with pet and kid dirt and grime. Had not been cleaned for many years. I was going to have it removed. Reconsidered realizing that the carpet, although, old was not worn out. Took advantage of the Zerorez special offer and the result was better than expected. Looking new, fresh and odor free. The process was thorough and efficient. The agents were informative, polite and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

Zerorez was absolutely amazing! My carpets were filthy so the technician (John) told me up front that they weren't going to end up being perfect and I was okay with that. However, when he completed the cleaning process my carpets looked brand new! He even went over the extra dirty spots a second time to make sure they were as clean as they could be.The whole process took about an hour, but the time flew by as John was very personable and fun to talk to! I honestly would never go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning needs.

I thought the cleaning was thorough and well done. I like the idea that there will be less residue left in the carpet but I will have to wait and see if that makes an actual difference in how clean my carpet stays.
