Carpet Cleaning and fiber protection was performed on Thursday, 9-14-17 by Andrew Nelson.
We appreciate that the work was performed efficiently and conscientiously.

We do not have pets and our concern was general cleaning, soiled travel pattern areas, and liquid drip spots in just a few areas.

We know that a common complaint of customers using carpet cleaning companies other than Zerorez is that
pre-cleaned liquid spots reappear after the cleaning was performed.

Today is Sunday 9-17-17 and, so far, the carpet is clean, beautiful and the few pre-cleaned liquid spots we had have not reappeared after the Zerorez cleaning.
We will closely monitor the carpet appearance for your 30 day service warranty period.
