I had heard the commercials many times on the radio, I procrastinated making the call. I figured it would be a long wait before the holidays. When I finally called, I spoke to a friendly, knowledgeable lady that was able to give me pricing and schedule me in just a few days. The day of the service a gentleman called 20 minutes before arrival as I was told he would. He showed up at the time I expected him to be there. He looked over my carpets and we talked about how to tackle the heavy traffic areas and if I wanted other treatments to prolong my good results. It was my choice for treatments and I knew what the overall cost would be before any work was done. The entire transaction was easy, and no non-sense. No pressure. The gentleman left my house with clean carpets. I couldn't be happier with the results and the customer service was great. I will call again without hesitation.

I was once again very happy with my cleaning associate. He was so helpful, knowledgeable. He also kept the other areas of my house clean and dry, which some carpet cleaners do not. One mark I was hoping to come out, from furniture being placed part way over a heat vent, did not completely come clean, but overall very happy with zerorez.
