the technicians that performed services at my home were AMAZING! my carpet looks fabulous. johnny, the duct technician was honest and told me he did not have the right equipment for my duct system, which I totally appreciate! they were both professional, i have already recommended your company to others!

The product is safe for the environment and the service is terrific. Not difficult to get an appointment, technician is prompt and notifies you 1/2 hr before arriving.

Zerorez has managed to schedule me quickly two different times within 3 months to get a date that worked with my schedule. Afterwards, the carpets looked new and the house smelled wonderful. The extra pet service option is worth the money. My new cats couldn’t tell other pets had ever been there and it was a nice surprise to learn the carpeted cat trees could be cleaned too!

Fast work friendly service and great results!!! Our service guy removed a large stain that was over 3 foot long, he took the pet smell outta our new carpet and restored it back to its original look from last year!
