The carpets seem to be good, especially the stairs. The front yard, however, is another matter. There is a large dead spot in the grass where the van was parked and a straight line of dead grass where the hose was pulled into the house. If the cleaning solution killed my grass in 72 hours, what is it going to do to my carpets?

Carpets look great. Technician was very professional. My only complaint is that my cost doubled from my estimate. For example, the website said each set of stairs is up to 15 steps. I have 30 steps so I indicated 2. I was charged for 3 since they were not all together. I felt nickel and dimed for very short hallways, very small landings and the steps. I loved the service but would be likely to try someone else the next time to get a better price.

Wonderful customer service- needed a price adjustment and it was taken care of right away and the refund credited back to my credit card with ease. The service representative who came to the house was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
