It was quick and spotless when it was done. Our carpets are 16 years old and once you left the looked brand new. Which speaks volumes since they have endured 3 children and 3 large dogs and one small dog. They look beautiful and smell amazing. Thank you.

Lance was a wonderful technician. From the moment he walked in the house, you could tell he really wanted to do the best he could. Explaining all of the different options while not being pushy in the least was what I really admired. The service performed was phenomenal and my carpets look and smell amazing. Will for sure recommend lance and zerorez to friends and family.

The people that came by were friendly, knowledgable, and very clear with what they were doing. I work from home and was pleased that I was able to go about my day as they cleaned the ducts. I appreciated seeing before and after photos AND I was thrilled when they found one of our long-lost keys! Zerorez did a great job, and I will be happy to recommend them.

Outstanding service! The technician showed up at the appointment time. He was courteous and took great care of my home (corner protectors, etc.). He explained in detail what work was recommended for the carpets based on my pet issues, along with advice in caring for the carpet. He explained the difference in carpet materials and went over the cost for each area. Best part - the carpets look brand new!!
