Donna was very helpful and patient after encountering a strong odor in our newly vacant rental home. She was timely, communicated quickly, and helped us with other recommended services once she was inside the home since I was not present. I appreciated her communication and patience with unexpected circumstances. I would definitely recommend again.

The technician that came to my home was extremely nice and polite . He explained the way everything worked what he was doing and asked if it was OK to do that .
I had some extreme pet stains that he explained he could not guarantee he could get up through Pad extraction. For the most part it worked really. You could still see a lot of the stains and now I believe the cat is revisiting the area . And then a very high traffic area in my hallway it seems that stains are coming back up through . I like the fact that he was willing to help me move some furniture together . As my husband is disabled and was not able to help.
