Lance did a super job. We had multiple spots on the carpet and we actually thinking it was time to replace the carpet. Lance and Zerorez did a super job. ALL the spots are gone. No need for new carpet. We already told our group that meets monthly in our home who did the job because they couldn't believe how good it looked.
