Zerorez representative, Nate, performed carpet cleaning in 3 rooms, a hallway and stairs. He did an excellent job. The carets look great. There were stains (oil) that I didn't think would come out but they did.
Nate totally explained what he would be doing prior to starting and answered all of our questions. He was very professional, courteous and quickly completed the job.
This was a much better experience than other carpet cleaning companies we have previously used.

The service provided by the technician that came to our house was terrific. Nate was his name and we could not have asked for a better person.
