I was very happy with my cleaning service by Seth and Zach. Seth was very informative and explained everything treatment to me. I do think it was very expensive and I am hopeful that the stains do not resurface.

Technician was very courteous. We showed him the difficult areas and he removed the spots. He also moved the couches and chairs in order to clean those areas. He explained other products and we purchased the spot remover for later use. Overall we were pleased and would recommend Zerorez.
