I feel like carpeting is thoroughly clean! And there is no smell of chemicals or perfume. Just fresh and clean! Dave was great! He showed me a picture of an area that he partially cleaned and that's when I realized how dirty the carpet really was.

Lance was my technician and he was great. Professionally explained all the cleaning options available without pressuring me. As he promised, I was extremely pleased with the results. Now I believe it is a total waste to walk on my rug with slippers. The rug looks and feels so great I want to go barefoot!

Lance, the technician was friendly, explained everything as he went along and was very thorough. I was his last appointment of the day and never felt like he was in a hurry to finish the job. I will ask for him by name next time I have my carpets cleaned. He used all of the tools - fan, corner guards, shoe covers, door cover etc etc. most of these I didn’t see during my previous service with Zerorez. He does not cut corners!

Within the last 2 weeks; I had Zerorez in my home to clean carpets, furniture and air ducts.
Carter did the carpets and furniture and Anthony did the air ducts.

They were both very professional, pleasant and more than happy to do everything I needed done. I moved as much of the furniture as possible; but they made sure everything was out of the way; and put it back when they were finished.

I had never used Zerorez before; nor did I know anyone who did. However, I hear your advertisements on KDKA all the time; so thought I would try your company. I am very glad I did; and will recommend you to my friends.
