Dave was very friendly and professional, explaining the entire process before he began. He set to work, going over the entire carpet surface, and ensured the cleaning was to our satisfaction.

I like the fact that there was no "treatment" residue left on the carpet. David did a thorough job of removing the pet spots and the carpet dried in no time.
