We purchased our house from an estate and it was clear that the duct work hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The guys who came were considerate and very thorough. They explained what they were going ro do and then did it exceptionally well.. My house smells clean now, and I'm not worried about what we're breathing. They also cleaned the dryer vent. I'm very pleased with the people and the service. If these guys are still working for Zerorez the next time I need service, I'll ask for them to come back! Thank you!

Service was second to none and the technicians were outstanding and great!

Your products are supposedly safe. Although there was a cleaning product odor, this dissipated
as soon as the carpets dried. There didn't seem to be a residue when I vacuumed the floors and stairs.
The service was excellent. He was very polite, thorough and explained everything. I liked that he assessed the carpets prior to cleaning them-very professional.
After completing the cleaning and removing equipment particularly during Covid-19, it would be wise to have your work persons thoroughly wash or sanitize hands before doing payment on their mobile phones.
