Hey Rachael as I text earlier, I’m good. I don’t need any kind of refund. If not for what they (mostly one of them) did today I would feel different. Is the guys name Ford? He’s the man. If 85% of what he did today would have been done the first time we would have never talked.
I’ve been in business all my life, I know how hard it is. Keep the money and try to spend it on teaching everyone else to do the kind of job he did today. It was never my intent to have the job done for free, just to have the job done.

Scheduling was very easy via text messages; I liked that. I was kept informed about the time they ate coming. They called me about the time they are coming and I loved that it was a small window of wait from 8-11. They called me again before leaving and they say it will take them 25 min to come, sure enough they were at the house in the 25 min. My husband was at the house and he told me that the service was very good. I will definitely recommend you to friends
