On time, efficient, very personable associates who worked hard to clean my ducts and provided information throughout the process. The two gentlemen worked together well and got the job done, showed me the before and after pictures so I felt comfortable with the cleaning. The technician was great. He explained thoroughly what he would be doing and took great care in making sure the furniture was carefully moved. He also gave an accurate time frame when we would expect the carpets to be dry.
