Overall I was happy with the service. The technicians were great. My biggest issue was I asked if there would be any hidden fees when scheduling. I was told the only way there would be an additional fee was if I had 2 furnaces (which I do not). Day of service, the technicians said my furnace was hard to get to and charged me an additional $50. I was pretty annoyed as I’ve heard there are a lot of hidden fees and I was told there wouldn’t be.

Seth was amazing! Very nice and professional, he explained everything to me and was extremely patient with all my questions. Zerorez by itself is a great service but because of Seth, I will be a loyal customer.

The service was great - the price was a lot more than expected. I was planning on $200 - $99 for two rooms and the additional for the pet stains. I was charged for a staircase that did not have carpet and was not cleaned.

We had our air ducts and our carpet cleaned. Both groups were professional and courteous and very respectful of our home. They explained what they'd be doing and proceeded to efficiently do their jobs. I would highly recommend Zerorez!
