Typically have been very pleased. I did have two spots in my bedroom that I think might have been missed on the carpet- wasn’t sure if I should call back to have them readdressed.

The guy who cleaned our carpet did a great job and the 10/10 is for him. The cleaning was just way more expensive than I originally estimated on your website (~$200 more) so I'm not sure if I'll go with zerorez again.

Once again, Lucas was great. He is a wonderful young man that does a great job. The offices he cleaned went from hideous to new. The one office was amazing. Great job.

Donna did an amazing job getting the fish odor out of our carpet in our daughter’s room. The smell was so bad it smacked you in the face as soon as you walked through our front door. She took her time on the carpet where the smell was originating and now our whole house smells fresh to death (without the dead fish smell 😂)!!!! As a side note, is anyone interested in adopting a male cat? Let Donna know, she knows how to contact us! Thanks again Donna!!

Arrived on time, told me what he was going to do, did the cleaning, explained the charges, and thank me. The specialist was Chavar Willianson. He was very professional. We intend on calling this company in the spring to clean our heating ducts.

Zerorez is highly professional from the first contacy, many communications by email to be very clear about the date for service, reminders, expectations, call immediately prior to service arrival, timely arrival, friendly personnel, get it done well attitude, professional equipment and protective equipment and gear, clear pricing and a home leftin good order at exit. What more could you ask for. Actual pricing exceeded the phone extimate and was announced by the phone agent as she clearly explained that the specifics of the service would be priced and defined by the technician doing the work. The technician was accepting of and carried out changes in the service desired. Zerorez is a well managed company that spends time in taining those with whom you will meet either by phone or personaly.
