Jason was extremely conscientious, courteous and professional. The fabric on my couch was a little different than most. The difference in fabric had caused other companies in the past to say they could not clean my couch. I read the fabric label to the receptionist and she checked as to whether Zerorez could clean that fabric. She said yes, but the the service provider would make the final determination. After reading the fabric label, Jason explained some concern with the typical cleaning method, but he said he could use less steam and water to be more gentle with the fabric. I agreed and he did a beautiful job. I appreciate his ability to problem solve. Its great to have a clean couch again!

Serviceman was very polite, had a nice appearance and got right to work. Was happy with the results.
After we cleared out the small items in the area we wanted to be cleaned, we swept. Zero Rez did the rest, and after Tyler was done, all we had to do was wait a few hours and enjoy a clean, clean living area. Tyler gave extra care to worn areas and recommended certain paddings to help with carpeting under our runners.
He was knowledgeable about carpet problems and shared recommendations that we may use Zero Rez for in the future.

Very fast and thorough
Donna was very personable and knowledgable about the products used and explained everything to us. She was extremely thorough and our carpets look AMAZING (two of the rooms and the hallway and stairs have carpet that is 17 years old. We would definitely recommend Zerorez.
