I loved the care and consientiousnrss that Jesse provided, not hurrying thru the job and hearing everything I said. I had Stanley Steamer and Chem Dry and neither were able to clean dog urine out of a white bedroom carpet. It initially appears out but was back in 48 hours. I explained this to Jesse and he said if that happens, he would be back.....and thus far, 2 weeks later, still perfectly clean carpet!!!!! Jesse is the best! And the carpet smells great!

Jesse also did hard wood floors and I couldn't believe the color of the water, BLACK! And my floors are cleaned every week. Great job, Jesse!

The professionalism of the techs. He explained everything before starting. He was honest about stains that may not come out but actually did. I was extremely impressed with how clean my carpets came. They are about 10 years old have been cleaned by several other companies and never came out this good Like with Zerorez. I have already referred my friends and family and I will definitely be calling again.

I was very pleased with the services your Company provided. Brandon was on time, very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets and love seat. He answered my questions and had a lot of patience. He spent extra time on the worn spot on my carpet and in cleaning the love seat. I also love the fact that you do not use any chemicals, and everything came out clean fresh smelling! I would definitely use your services again and would highly recommend you to anyone!

My carpets looked great and my house smelled fresh and like citrus for a week. Jesse, the technician got stains out that I thought would never come out. And I liked that you can book everything on line.

Our Zerorez technician Donna was outstanding. We recently moved into a new house in which the previous owners did not take care of their carpets at all. We did not feel comfortable laying on our carpet or even walking on it without socks. Donna was just as worried about making us feel comfortable in our home as we were. She looked over every inch of our carpet and made recommendations based on the condition in each room. The entire house looks, and even smells brand new. She did an amazing job, and should we ever need our carpets cleaned again we will be calling Zerorez.
