I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to use Zerorez to clean my wood floors. I have never thought of Zerorez as a wood floor cleaning and sealing company- more tile and carpet. I was pleasantly surprised. John and Dave did a very professional job. They were clean and organized with their set-up and removal. They explained the entire process thoroughly and there were no surprises when it came to my invoice. My wood floors (which are hand planed surface) have two large dogs regularly on them and now they look like the day we moved into the house. I would definitely recommend Zerorez, Dave and John to anyone.

I have always heard about how great Zerorez’s services and customer service was from the radio, friends, and family. We bought a house and wanted everything to be clean and fresh for our new beginnings. From the beginning, Rachael was wonderful helping me schedule exactly what we needed quickly. (We move in in 3 days, things are happening FAST.) Yesterday, we had our air ducts cleaned, something I NEVER thought of simply because I wasn’t educated. I’d like to share about my experience, because I am still blown away. I initially was given a heads up call by Jeff and his partner, Patrick. Which I kindly appreciated because I’ve been running errands for the new house. Once I got to the house the guys were busy working but Jeff still found a way to greet me at the door. Literally, opened the front door for me while I was carrying in a box. Anyways, talking to him was like talking to an old friend yet still professional and educational. He paused what he was doing at the vent and showed me how the cleaning all happened. We went into the basement where he showed me the small cuts in the vents and explained how they work and why they’re necessary. He explained how they cleaned the house top to bottom and how the equipment cleaned all of debris out of the house. It was a good thing we had this service done because he said there was a lot of build up and pet fur throughout the system. He suggested getting a fogging treatment that sanitizes and freshens the system eliminating bacteria and germs and whatever else builds up in normal air duct wear. 2nd he suggested the UV light system. Which is another air system purifier system. I have actually seen commercial places use UV lights to clean and prevent the spread of covid. Which I find pretty cool that little old me could have such a system in my own home. Next thing, which I found the most life changing is the lifetime air filter. Rather than replacing our air filter monthly (which I can’t tell you the last time our current air filter was changed) you either clean off the Zerorez filter monthly or give it a hose down every couple of months. This is a new beginning for my family. I can’t thank Rachael, Jeff, Patrick, and the Zerorez team enough.
