Technician takes the time to protect other things in the home such as hardwood floors and trim. I’ve had other companies that damaged both with the large hoses that are used . Also, everything was perfect when he left and the outcome of the cleaning was excellent. Price was fair .

Thorough, not too pushy
Dan was very professional and asked about and listened to what I wanted done. I was very happy to hear that the products contained no chemicals since I have grandchildren who love to sit and play on the floor. The long-standing pet stains came right out and Dan used the specific products to do that. I was really impressed with the outcome of my kitchen tile and grout. It looked brand new, like it just had been laid for the first time. Zerorex is it! I will never use another provider again.
