I like the product because it worked. I had a few staines that came out and the carpets looked great after it was done. The gentlemen that came out to the house was so nice and friendly. We worked with me to help get a few problem areas. He knew what he was doing and he did a great job. Also, I had an appointment scheduled and had to cancel at the very last minute because of an emergency and they had no problem with it. The worker on the phone was so nice and told me not to worry and even said he hopes my emergency would be ok and that he would call the guys and tell them not to come. They also made is so easy to reschedule.
