Saige and Josh were fantastic at our home, and then helped to also do duct cleaning and other services at my mom's home. They are very trustworthy and helped us to understand every aspect of the cleanings, installation of air purifier, and so on. They took the time, answered questions and went above and beyond at every turn. They were considerate and kind, managing the personalities in the house. LOL! They made us feel comfortable with our new services, and deserve every accolade they get. Please properly reward Saige, who not only works hard, but garners trust and respect. Please reward Josh as he also was same. They make a good team too. In this day, truly exemplery employees are hard to find, hard to keep, and hard to manage. The technicians Jeff and John did an outstanding job cleaning the ductwork. They were pleasant and respectful of our home at all times. We will have them clean carpets and ceramic flooring grout in the near future.

What's not to like?

I am always satisified when we have Zerorez come to our home. With two large dogs, and two little ones our carpets tend to get dirty very easily. Between the stains, dog hair, and just normal wear and tear, everytime Zerorez comes out, they leave the carpets looking brand new. Appointments are always easy to obtain, even same day at times, and the technicians are always very through and never pushy upon selling anything extra. I've had Zerorez out twice within the past 8 months, and have been very satisified.

I've been trying to get Zerorez to our home for years and I'm so happy that you now service the Latrobe area. The products being kid and pet safe was a huge factor for us as we have a dog and are also conscious of how many chemicals are being used in our home. There was no residue left afterwards and the technician was friendly and professional. He was on time and even called an hour before our scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
