Since my rug cleaning hasn’t been completed, this is tentative. The technician, Seth, arrived as scheduled. He provided me with the cleaning process details, including total cost and picked up the rug. We found Seth friendly, considerate and helpful.
We are eager to see the results of the cleaning in a week or so.
