I've used Zerorez twice now, and the persons I talked to on the phone didn't listen, in spite of my being very specific about what I wanted, resulting in an extra charge both times. However, both times the situation was rectified to my satisfaction. Carpets seem very clean and fresh and the man who did the cleaning was very friendly and efficient, so I'm very happy with the work. I would use Zerorez again, but I'd be a little more wary of the initial estimate, since I've been burned twice.

My technician did a very thorough job and really saturated the problem areas which was appreciated. Would like to have this technician again.
