The technician was professional and courteous - got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. Our carpet is old but it cleaned up beautifully. I was impressed with the Zerorez process - the carpets dried quickly (10-12 hrs) and they do not seem sticky. Everyone involved, from scheduling to actual cleaning process, was courteous, helpful and very importantly, kept time commitments. Will recommend Zerorez.
