My technician did a really great job. My rugs looked fantastic after the cleaning and they dried quickly. The sectional couch he cleaned looks brand new. His work was very thorough, and he left my house spotless when he departed. Really appreciated the cool contraption he stuck in my doorway to keep the cold air from coming in. It had a little open spot for the hose, but the rest of the door was blocked to keep my heat in. Excellent idea. Also, he wore booties over his own shoes, so that was appreciated, too.

My carpets now look new again! Mr. Jonathan Jackson was my technician, and he was excellent. Polite, prompt, friendly, and skilled at his job. I hope he is the one assigned to my next carpet cleaning job!

Jacob did a great job. He was very professional and conscientious. Jacob explained what he was going to do and worked very hard. I was shocked at some of the stains that he was able to get out of the carpet that had been subjected to several years of abuse by my kids. Great person and great company!

The scheduling process was very easy and the scheduling rep (Gabriella) was super helpful. The follow up team contacted me to confirm the service. The service tech (Brandon) called me when he was on his way as promised. The team (Brandon & Dan) arrived when they were supposed to. They were very respectful of me and my home. They recommended options and were honest about what they could and could not do. My carpets look very good and they did an excellent job at extracting moisture. There was very little dampness left behind...no wet socks! My son recommended them to me and I will recommend them to others.

Our tech, Dain, was amazing! The tile and grout look like new!

Chaz came yesterday to clean three rooms and a stairway. He also ended up doing my hallway for free. He was kind, friendly and professional. The best part, outside of my clean carpets, with his attitude. I asked him how he liked working for Zerorez. Now most people know better than to badmouth their company, And will often just give a cursory response however, Chaz raved about working for Zerorez Inn said that he will never leave. He talked about how good they are to their employees. He was enthusiastic, sincere and genuine or discussing his job and the company. You don’t find this often. To most people it’s just a job. Not to Chaz he gets a 10/10! Zero Rez is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

unlike a lot of other carpet cleaning co.'s , you do perform the best with whatever your process for cleaning that is used. we have experienced not too good or perfect results from quite a few companies in the past. including the personnel that you provide you perform the job.

My carpets look beautiful, and the technician Anthony was so kind and personable. I had one part of my carpet that was stained that I knew was hard to get to, but he made sure to take the time to get that cleaned up and explain what he was doing
