The technican was fantastic. Told you what extras were needed but didn't push you to decided. He made adjustment on the invoice and explaided how it came to that total and answered my many questions with out getting angry. As for the products how it was not messy and no chemical smell and a fresh clean scent l when job was completed.

Easy to schedule, easy to deal with, no pressure to purchase anything. Very cool.

Company was wonderful—waiving minimum fee since they were already scheduled in the area. David was very time efficient—he arrived early (after confirming it was okay) and was done in a timely fashion. Floors look great!

The only thing I wish could have happened is getting my shower tile floor and grout cleaned as well—I just had to hire someone else to do that because it wasn’t something David could do. Perhaps expanding your equipment could add more revenue for shower floors as well.
