The appointment set-up was seamless. I received a text informing me of my 3-hour service window two days prior to my appointment. The technician called me 30 minutes before arrival. He was professional, polite, and explained the process to me prior to starting to work.

To my surprise I heard from your GM today. She stated I left a Zero on the survey for Dan. That is NOT the case. I clicked the 10. I am certain I clicked the ten. Your portal may need updating because people like that don’t need to be wasting their time checking on me over an unknown error within their system.
