Had our air ducts cleaned out. Everything went well. The only thing was I didn't realize they would also clean return air vents! Didn't have stuff moved out. You should specify that.

Yesterday we had Zerorez at our house to have our ducts cleaned and today they cleaned our carpets as well as tile and grout. Each technician called in advance with an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival each did a walk through of the house/job, asking questions along the way as well as explained what they were going to do, in an easy to understand yet non-demeaning way. Both did a thorough yet quick job having us do a walk through of the completed work. I would not hesitate to call Zerorez again and would recommend them to anyone who needs any of the services Zerorez provides. A special shout-out to Jeff, Bowen and Anthony who all did a great job and get an A+ 10/10 in my book.

We had our carpets cleaned this past Saturday. We had a few trouble spots due to the pets and our technician was able to get everything out. Our carpets look amazing. I like the fact that you use all natural cleaners.
