The reminder system through email, text, and a personal phone call from the technician assigned to our home allows for an efficient service even before the time of the service.

My carpets looked 100% better and they got some really bad stains out. We are customers for life!

Appointment was on time with 15 minute reminder prior to arriving.This is not the 1st time I have used Zerorez and have been very satisfied. This time in particular my carpet was badly stained by my dog who could not control functions because of paralysis. Kevin, the tech did an amazing job. There are not any stains left. Kevin was very cheerful and upbeat. I was having a bad day since I had to put my beloved pet to sleep. Kevin said he would do whatever he could to make my day better and he did.H e even went back over some areas to make sure they were taken care of. I am very happy with Zerorez. The only negative is since I paid with a credit card there is no receipt printed at the time. It took several calls to get my receipt. I'm not sure where the fault lie. Zerorez indicated that their emails were not going through so they sent me an invoice copy.in the mail. Thank you to those who made that happen. But, Zerorez does a great job at a reasonable price.
