Very pleased with the results from the cleaning of our carpets (living room, dining room, and master bedroom) Our carpet is 20 years old and the cleaning process that was used was amazing in all three rooms. After a friend had used Zerorez and there was issues with the process from cleaning I was impressed with the fact they resolved the issue to the customers satisfaction. This is why I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did.
Austin Richards Cleaning Technician called to let us know the time he would arrive. He was very professional and explained the cleaning process step by step which made me very comfortable with my choice of using this company. He did an awesome job and ask if I would inspected the rooms before he left to make sure I was completely satisfied with the cleaning. He also said that I could call back within 30 days if I noticed any issues.
If the company gives out bonus or promotions this gentleman deserves it for his professionalism and outstanding personality. We plan on letting friends and family know about the service received and to ask for Austin personality to come out to their home for their cleaning.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently. They explained the process and showed pictures of the results. They were careful when working in the house. In addition, they were courteous and respectful. Great guys.
Austin was great. Made sure we looked at everything and were happy. Additionally I liked the care that was taken to make sure the wood railing was protected from the hose, and the fact that where the door was open to come into the house that plastic was put up to keep the cold out.

I have zerorez replace the light bulb for my ultraviolet furnace light every year. They are always on time and promptly finish the job. I have also used them for cleaning my carpets and ducts and they have also done these jobs very professionally.
