I have a very old carpet and a very old dog. Those two do not fit if you want a clean carpet. However, with Zerorez, the carpet cleaning was done in my entire house and the job was done perfectly. But, since the carpet is old and the dog is old some of my spots were just to bad to stay invisible. I called Zerorez and they came out the very next day to do the carpets again. The carpets look so much better and the customer service was exceptional. Mike and his team were receptive and understood my needs and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

The technician was delayed due to an earlier job, but he was willing to work late to complete the cleaning of our carpets. The carpets look fantastic! Our technician was courteous and kind and did a great job!

I like that you can typically schedule just a few days before and not a month in advance.

We had damage from a delivery company. I really thought we would have to replace the carpet due to the grease they left behind on our new carpet. The technician was ably to get all 45 spots out with the spot treatment they offer. We are so happy he was able to restore our carpet.

I like that you don't use soap to clean the rugs, thereby Not leaving that sticky feeling in the rugs.
I can pick specifically what needs to be done like only hallway and stairs. You also do hardwood floors..
