Core Power in Walnut Creek is extremely clean, the staff is quite friendly, and the classes are incredible!

I love the staff, clean and nice locker rooms and showers, the beautiful studios, and the products you sell (but keep working on getting lululemon!). I started doing to Cp in Colorado and I'm so happy to have a studio in WC.

I enjoy how cp offers various levels of class from C2 to yoga sculpt, enjoy the music in the classes and incorporating reflective practices at the beginning and end of class to deepen spiritual practices as well. Creates for both a physical and mental connection during class.

The community is amazing. The instructors at CPY are supportive, friendly, and love everyone equally. It's a safe place to be yourself and enjoy yoga.

I haven't found a workout as amazing as sculpt! The teachers are amazing and I always leave there feeling very accomplished.

The range of classes are overall very accommodating for me, depending if I want a light yoga stretch or a powerful workout that integrates weightlifting and cardio. After I'm done getting a good sweat out, it's relaxing to view the frequently-rotating yoga gear and accessories that are in the front.

Good clothes and good instructors

I love the candlelight flow class. Blake taught an awesome sequence. It was just what I needed after a stressful day!!

I like the way you set up your level 2 classes - great format/know what to expect. The only feedback I have is that you use different terminology than what's in the yoga books (for some postures). Postures to include: dragon lunge (you call runners lunge), runners lunge (you call low lunge), etc.

Great teachers and excellent classes for any type of yoga you feel like doing that day!
