I LOVE the 5:30 am Sculpt class. Victor and Courtney are amazing!!! I love the combo of yoga, cardio and weights. I have been telling everyone about it!!
I love the sweat! I don't sweat easily and I love how that feels. Everyone is very kind and helpful, Im new to yoga! I would like to request that the schedule not always be the same every day, I like to alternate workouts. I can't make the 9 am class but would LOVE to do the weights class…maybe if it switched to 9:30 a few days a week? Or there was another time in the morning to take it, after 9 but before school gets out? Thanks!

The Walnut Creek location was brand new, so it smelled good, was modern, and had plenty of room in the locker rooms and studios.
When I first came to Core Power, I had never done yoga up to that point. I was pleasantly surprised when I experienced my first class. The poses were difficult and strenuous, but also energizing. I left feeling physically exhausted, but mentally alert. It was a great workout!

Corepower yoga is addicting! I love how each class offered is challenging and allows you to push your physical and mental strength. Teachers are all wonderful as well!
The class times and teachers are amazing!!!! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who loves yoga and a positive atmosphere to practice in.
I love all the classes, the instructors, the music selection, and the heat. Every class is wonderfully different experience. Can't wait for Core Power Yoga Walnut Creek to offer some of the other Core Power classes that I think may be offered at other studios, such as Core Power Yoga 3 and CoreRestore.
Loved the teachers, loved how uncrowded the classes were (unlike other Corepowers I have gone to in Portland and San Diego). The studio is clean with a nice locker room. Surprisingly I have found parking right in front of the studio the last 3 classes I have come to. Very excited to have a Corepower in Walnut Creek!
The studio itself is amazing but the instructors have all been so inspiring. I have yet to leave a class where I didn't feel absolutely amazing afterwards!
