I think the instructors are all very good and motivating. I look the sculpt class three times and really enjoyed the combination of yoga, strength building and cardio. It was a great workout!

Madison Jacobs was an excellent instructor. This was my first time taking her yoga sculpting class and I must say, it was the best workout I've had in a long time. I definitely plan to take another class from her in the future.

Maddison was the instructor. She was informative, kind, friendly and polite. Her energy is perfect for a yoga invironment and I liked her music. The locker room was clean. The towel smelled and looked clean. The yoga may was disqusting, I should have brought my own. The retail is Devine !!!!!

I am pretty new but so far I have really enjoyed the classes and the instructors are great. The locker/shower area is really nice as well. It is also great that there is a parking lot across the street.
The studio is quiet, inviting, and has all the tools you need to have a peaceful Yoga experience.
