Sharon is a great manager and I really would recommend it based on her. She is fantastic!
CPY is the perfect workout for my mind and my body. I sustained a lot of injuries after my children were born, and this is the only class that has not exacerbated my issues. The instructors are fantastic (love Sharon's class) and I never feel judged for doing something incorrectly. I always leave the studio feeling stronger. Also, my posture is starting to improve! And the studio and facilities are new and clean too boot! Love CPW!

Great workout!!!! Love the teachers and Yoga Sculpt is an awesome combo of yoga and weight training. Kicks my butt!
Cleanliness of studio, warm and inviting environment. Great instructor who motivates and does not make you feel bad if you can't keep up. Reasonable price structure. Please offer more C1 or C1.5 classes in the early part of day for us stay-at-home moms whose kids are in school and can't do after 3 pm.

Alyssa is a wonderful instructor. Sharon, the Manager, was so friendly and welcominging. The atmosphere is so much more homey and personal Han Yogaworks. You can tell core power cares about the members personally, we are not just cattle.
