Excellent instructor, beautiful facility.
High energy!
I like the energy of the coaches and how the classes are structured
I liked the candlelight/darker studio option and the student to teacher ratio was good. The teacher was friendly and inviting.
I took the mimosa flow class at Pinstripes and it was a good class and a good workout and what I was looking for in my workout for the day. That said I have two comments: 1) it was a little difficult to hear the instructor at times while the music was playing and 2) while I don’t recall exactly what was written on the CPY class description for the mimosa flow on the CPY website it was clear from the brunch ticket that the free mimosa was only in conjunction with a discounted brunch purchase contrary to prior occasions at Pinstripes where a mimosa was complimentary without a brunch purchase so while I didn’t attend this class for a free mimosa or a discounted brunch CPY should be clear about that on it’s website when promoting such class (and mimosa/brunch).
It was great, studio was incredible, clean and the teacher was 10/10!

The free community classes and collaborations with other local studios. That said and given a very recent experience at a corepower/local store event that was not full, the male checking people in at the store needs to lighten up as I have the email with my registration on my phone and if for whatever reason I’m not on his printed list for a totally not full class he can look at that than ask me to tell him and spell my name which of course he messes up and I unfortunately have to repeat myself. Plus given I was early I know for a fact that he didn’t do the same with others who arrived later so if he wants to be anal then he should be consistent and it’s more efficient to just show my phone than waste time spelling out my name for a class for which I have a registration email and that is not full.

These classes are very instructor defendant. Would recommend getting more instructors of the caliber of Carolyn, Meghan, & Michelle. I feel like the other instructors i've tried just do not push as hard or have as motivating of a class. I end up booking at other studios
