They have a variety of class times and types to make throughout the day. The teachers really care about you and help you get to your next stage in yoga. It's a very supportive environment for seasoned yogis and beginners.

I really felt a little nervous coming to the studio the first time, I did the heated yoga class. It was way more intense than anything I've done before in yoga. I felt incredible after about two hours. Everyone is very friendly, they even remember my name!

Greeted warmly by staff. Great class - great vibe, exactly as described-loved instructor. Clean, roomy locker room - appreciate the extra's (like elastic bands!) Didn't shop after class as too sweaty - but did check out all of the-tempting! -clothing and misc items available.

The amenities are fantastic, the classes aren't overcrowded (like some of the other CP studios), and the instructors are very friendly.
