I like that the instructors are hands on, in a safe way, for students. Also, the yoga poses themselves emphasize opening up the hips in a consistent way which I think all of us need. The flow is easy to follow as a beginner, yet there's room for challenge for the advanced students.

I do like your selection of products readily available in the lobby. I also appreciate the 'non-salesman' demeanor of the folks behind the desk. I have bought several items and already have my eye on a new shirt without any 'pitch'.
So far I have only taken your C1 class and love it! I feel so good when I leave. Relaxed, stretched, fed, nurtured, accomplished and ready to do my thing until the next class.
