He recommended application of a protectant and I also love how it seems keeping the carpet from matting. It did take a little longer to dry in the rainy weather than expected but well worth the wait. First he said it was impossible to get all the stains....then he tried again after putting his equipment away, and the second time after re-assembling the equipment, he got more spots gone by working on it a bit more. Still, some stains are not removed, he said to just get an area rug to cover them. He seemed to be in a hurry and wanted to keep moving on to the next job?

The day the carpet was cleaned it looked good. But, as the next day and then another day
went by the traffic pattern showed up. 0ther spots showed up again.
I did not call, as I needed to get the house ready for Christmas, and carpet cleaning was not
going to fit in...However, after Christmas, and things are back to normal, and, if you have
another job scheduled in the Salem area, call us so that perhaps we could have those areas
done again.
