We were very pleased with the professional service we received from Tyler. However, we did not receive a confirmation phone call from your office as stated in your email, so we called on Friday to confirm time. As an aside, the spot cleaner you gave us works really well. It even took out a stain in my truck carpet that I have struggled to get out. We'll definitely use you again.
Your telephone responses are bad .music,music,music. You say between 8-8:30. When you do not start at 8:30 why not say you don't even leave your work place until 8;30? You state $44.00 per room. VERY misleading. $75.00 per foot to remove pet drain???give me a break!!! Why wasn't I told on the phone in the beginning of this ridiculous charge? The only redeeming experience was Tyler who had to be the one to give all the EXTRA charges. Another thing, all the extra charges, i.e., moving a few pieces of furniture etc. Tyler was courteous, worked well to do a good job and softened my disappointment. Your company needs to clean up your presentation, get someone on the telephone instead of 'just getting by' and holding folks on hold until they hang up and have to call in again. Sorry to have to bring up all of these comments but if I did't care I just would never call again or refer your company

Quality workmanship and the carpets look great!
After the carpet had dried, I noticed that there were light and dark streaks where the cleaning wand had gone over the carpet. I thought they might disappear with vacuuming, but they didn't. The carpet is much cleaner, so I can live with the wand marks for now. (We intend to replace the carpet in the next year.)

It appears to be a great service, but it's also only been a week. I can tell you that the home made cleaner I found for the problem tile in the bathroom worked - and amazingly well with little effort - when your stuff didn't, which was disappointing because I really needed the tile sealed so it would last a little longer, but that's ok I'll deal with it. The carpets are amazing though, and I am totally stoked about that!
Carpets do not smell clean and sanitized. They smell like wet dog. The tech did not provide the pet cleanup I requested, including black Light to check for urine . I called and left a message to call me that evening. No call. Second day after I called again, given Hunter's phone number. I called Hunter and he told me he would check with the tech and call me back. It is now a week and a half later and still no call. I will not employ zerorez again due to poor quality service, nonexistent customer service, and prices that do not match service rendered. Terrible. Shame on you.

The orange smell was nice. Eldon took the time to answer our questions. Eldon came ahead of time, so we had most of the day after the rug cleaning. The rug dried fairly quickly, it seems.
Technician, Tyler, was very cordial and polite. As well as being very professional. He was very careful to use corner protectors on walls and was genuinely concerned with shipping a good job.
