The scheduling was confusing... First scheduled for the morning, then from noon to 4 PM ... And finally from 4 to 7 ...
Our carpets are over 20 years old and have not been professionally cleaned in several years, yet they came out looking almost brand new. They were soft and did not have a crunchy feeling of residue, our technician was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I'm very grateful they Zerorez now services our area and will definitely recommend them.
Your tech was very accommodating, friendly, and knowlegeable about the carpets. He was patient while we moved furniture, and did a good job. This is the first time we have used Zerorez and we will use you again in the future. Your commercials are correct. No perfume smell, soft carpets and very clean. They dried nicely over night and look close to new again. Thank you.

Don't be in such a rush to do the job.show up at the time you are suppose to... not early.Don't rush the job and pay better attention to details. I felt like your tech was more interested in getting to the next job than doing a good job for me.
I was expecting soft carpet based on the constant ads on the radio, instead we ended up with crunchy carpet that took several passes with the vacuum to get back to normal. We also spent extra money to get rid or at least help the cat urine odor and it only seemed to make it worse. Not happy with the crunchy carpet or the intensified cat urine smell.

all personnel were professional and courteous. End result looks great. I like that it doesn't have soap residue on the carpet.
Very friendly and knowledgeable associate. He took great care in protecting the corners of the doors and the furniture when he was cleaning the carpets. There was no soapy smells or stickiness on the carpet. I am very satisfied with the job.

There was a lot of moisture left in the carpet, it accumulated on the windows and left a dank smell of must. Tenant moved in the next morning and was very unhappy with the smell.

Not all stains were removed, and the ones that were seem to be reappearing. There was a special solution put on the carpets to eliminate the urine odor for an extra price, but urine odor still exists.

I understand that you're a newer establishment in Central Oregon. But I got the impression that there was either a lack of training or communication, as I never received an email confirming my original appointment, had to wait on hold for ten minutes only to have the phone go to voicemail once it rang, and have my 2nd appointment misscheduled.
Jarom was great. He explained everything he was doing, worked really hard, and politely answered all my questions. He gets a 10 for his part.
If this was a 2 part survey, I would give a 6 for the administrative aspect, thus the overall 8.
Quick and great results
The process was quick, no hassle, fair price, and EXCELLENT results. Carpets looked brand new.
I appreciated the quick response to my request. However, we had to have Zerorez return due to residual moisture and must odors. That's disappointing and makes me worry about all of the other jobs we could have for Zerorez. There's also the fact that there are not any commercial rates for property management companies - $99 for a 2 bedroom apartment, opposed to $65 from the company I use regularly, and we do an average of 20 units a month. I'm not sure the local rep understood "commercial" is business to business, not just a business office.
