We always have a great experience. Both of my sons (16 and 20) have been to this location multiple times. Different stylist every time and we leave happy every time.

Nothing everythong was good
It was obvious that you wanted my business and were very attentive. The regular price of $18 was more than what I have been paying at Great Clips (I think that is the name - located next to Subway in the Landings. Great Clips used to be about $9-10 for seniors and just raised the price up to $13. Assume this is a Covid 19 reaction. Much longer drive from my house to your shop but I am likely to return because your services and attitude was much friendlier. Hope that you can offer a haircut for a little less (like around $14 or so for seniors) even though it is more than Great Clips. I was disinclined to buy 6 hair cuts in advance to get the last one for 50%. I will try to remember to get my card punched to reduce my net cost per haircut. It would take me about a year to get the net cost down to around $16. I will do my best to refer new business and am likely to return but hope the price does not become more of an issue. I loved the shampoo and massage. I also liked the haircut - short but NOT scalped. Most of all, I liked that attention and friendly service.
Another great experience. I must say this establishment is the absolute best place to get a haircut. Mel is amazing as always, her personality and professionalism is a true asset. But there attention to detail with safety pertaining to the pandemic we are going through is exceptional. From using the app which is so easy, to requiring masks and all the way to using popsicle sticks to get product out of the container all for the safety of their customers. Job well done.
