It was obvious that you wanted my business and were very attentive. The regular price of $18 was more than what I have been paying at Great Clips (I think that is the name - located next to Subway in the Landings. Great Clips used to be about $9-10 for seniors and just raised the price up to $13. Assume this is a Covid 19 reaction. Much longer drive from my house to your shop but I am likely to return because your services and attitude was much friendlier. Hope that you can offer a haircut for a little less (like around $14 or so for seniors) even though it is more than Great Clips. I was disinclined to buy 6 hair cuts in advance to get the last one for 50%. I will try to remember to get my card punched to reduce my net cost per haircut. It would take me about a year to get the net cost down to around $16. I will do my best to refer new business and am likely to return but hope the price does not become more of an issue. I loved the shampoo and massage. I also liked the haircut - short but NOT scalped. Most of all, I liked that attention and friendly service.
Another great experience. I must say this establishment is the absolute best place to get a haircut. Mel is amazing as always, her personality and professionalism is a true asset. But there attention to detail with safety pertaining to the pandemic we are going through is exceptional. From using the app which is so easy, to requiring masks and all the way to using popsicle sticks to get product out of the container all for the safety of their customers. Job well done.

The entire process is top class!
I am usually very happy with my Sports Clips experience. My sytlist was less than dissapointing. She had a lethargic attitude, continually dripped her items (scissors, combs, etc) Worst of all, she did/could not do my hard part the way I asked. I showed her pictures, one of the other stylists even told her how to do it, after 4 times, I finally told her it was fine. My overall experience was extremely dissapointing.

The staff at Sports Clips is professional and very well trained in COVID-19 mitigation. This did not take away from my haircut or the Double Play I get. I appreciate a consistent experience while being a safe environment. Thanks see you in a couple weeks

My regular person, Felicia left her job. Not at all happy with the new employee . Not anywhere close to Felicia. Quick hair wash, 2 second scalp message, 3second neck neck and shoulder message. Felicia gave a much better messages. Also she cut my hair the way I prefer. I left disappointed. To much money for what I received.
I like that the stylists remember who I am am and what my styling preferences are.
Adelina and Christina are the best doing my hair cut. I've been getting my haircut with them for couple years now. We just recently move to Sarasota from Palmetto and even though theirs Sports clips near me in Sarasota I still ask my mom to drive me to sports clips in Bradenton because I like how I'm treated by Adelina and Christina and they understand my haircut and get it better and better each time. I hope Adelina and Christina don't stop working there. Also Michelle is the Owner and everytime my mom calls her to add me on waiting list she's always nice and has no problem to take a moment to say hello and thank my mom for bringing me there.
