Melissa did a fabulous job cutting and styling my hair. I had been using a more expensive salon but Melissa actually did a better job. 5 stars for this review

Friendly barbers and good barbers. I use same one all the time. Just finished up my 1st card getting a 1/2 price MPV. Barber, Heather, has how I like my hair cut in computer. Also imp[ortant - MY WIFE OF 54 YEARS LIKES HER HAIR CUTS!

The staff is friendly. Missy cuts my hair she is so good she knows how to tweek my hair just to change it up a little. I can get in and out without waiting in line with the on line check in. I I’ll be a customer for a long time.

Had to drive further away to a different store. Both stylists were great. Great service all around.
Not too sure how both my son and I checked in on the app and had someone in between us with him first. It worked out in the end, since he was in a sit still and quite mood.
They are always professional. They go out of there way to make us a comfortable in these crazy times.

Thank you again for the haircut on Saturday. The experience was def better that the previous time. Since you're asking for how to improve, I would suggest you try to make the customer visit seem a little less rushed. Not sure how you would do that, but the experience seems so impersonal; not what I'm used to up north. I will be back and will ask for Heather.

I was a bit disappointed this time. I reserved online and it stated 22 minute wait. I got there in five minutes and the wait went to 44 minutes. Walks ins went ahead of me initially. Haircut / wash / hot towel was not to the norm I have come to expect. I also did not get the scheduled barber. I also had to through my own face towels in some garbage can. Did not make sense...the barber was placing them on my face. It it is a COVID concern why touch them or use them at all? I have been a long time supporter. Hopefully it is better next time.
