Unbelievable staff at this location.
The staff is the best. Attention to detail, they listen to what kind of style you’re trying to get. An overall very relaxing place. I work a crazy amount of hours and when I find time to get away for just 30 mins I could fall asleep here. Haha

I just got my last Sarasota cut at Sport Clips, not because I’ll never go back due to dissatisfaction, but because I’m moving out of state! Mel has been my stylist for a few years at Sport Clips and she always made me look
much better leaving than when I walked in.
Their COVID protocols are spot on and even wife-approved. My wife is an ICU Nurse assigned to the COVID team at her hospital and if she’s comfortable with me getting my cut at Sport Clips then it gets her seal of approval.
I’ll miss the team at my Sport Clips but I know everyone will be in good hands when they visit.

Quick, easy, and the stylist was very talented.
Not a fan of the hot towel of MVP service OVER a mask. Either discontinue the hot towel until this has passed or allow your clients to take off the mask while applying the hot towel.
In addition... I think it is overkill when your clients are required to wear a mask... And then your stylist is wearing TWO masks.

I always get an excellent cut--one that lasts, which is great that I don't want to go often. But they also use a robust method for limiting the number of people in the shop at one time, which adds a significant degree of security.

Lack of consistency of staff means that keeping a stylist I like is problematic. Always a pleasant experience, the haircut can vary all over the place. My last cut resulted in hair that hasn't been cut this close since basic training at Ft. Jackson!

You have a new stylist Felicia and she did a great job.
My haircut was pretty good, aside from the back line being a bit crooked but my son's haircut was disappointing. It doesn't look terrible but the directions we provided were not followed at all. We specifically asked for a quarter to half inch trimmed from the top and afterwards were told "I just went ahead and took a whole inch off", as if she was doing us a favor. His first day of high school is tomorrow and he is very unhappy with his haircut.
The stylist was very friendly and kind. She communicated well and made sure that I got the cut I wanted.

Was getting trimmed within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Crystal was sociable and held conversations on many subjects, made it a friendly and welcoming environment. Definitely will be coming back.
