Lots of things to love about SOR
1-The instructors and staff have a passion for music and are so supportive of young musicians.
2-It's so easy to reschedule lessons which is so important when other activities interfere.
3-There is NO WHERE else in the cities that gives kids of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to perform on the big stage with a band of peers. Normal lesson formats don't let them practice the skill of listening to others and playing together as a "team".
It's an awesome open forum no judgement positive place for your child to learn the art of being a musician!
Great instructors, super facilities
Whether it is lessons or group rehearsal, the kids seem to be very engaged. They are having a good time with the other kids as well as the instructors.

The teachers have all been great. My 6-year-old son has especially grown as a drummer SO much since starting last year with Alec, he’s a great instructor! Everyone has been extremely helpful, Amelia is amazing. Sam is amazing. Lars is amazing. Arlyss is amazing. Everyone is amazing!

Absolutely love the community, instructors and everything the school has done for my children! My daughter went from being so painfully shy and hiding behind other on the stage to being a lead vocalist and rocking out in front of hundreds of people!
We love that School of Rock provides a community of other students and instructors who share Clara's love of music. There aren't many school opportunities for her until middle school, as such SOR has filled a gap for younger kids to begin learning about music and developing their skills.

Relaxed, fun, youthful introduction to music.
The Personal interest in each student as well as the opportunity to try something different. After a year in the program, my Granddaughter is now thinking of trying to learn a 2nd instrument It is so great that this can be done in the same fun and nurturing environment! Learning to work iwith the band and perform in front of a group has really been great for her self esteem! We have only Good things to say about the School of Rock, Eden Prairie !!

The approachability of instructors and staff was unbeatable. Also, the way that classes were taught to my son were top-notch, he went from knowing nothing about guitar to having great base knowledge. It’s an all around great program!
School of Rock makes learning an instrument fun! My daughter loves going to lessons and band practice. It's a highlight of her week! The instructors make lessons fun and engaging, and she is very motivated to practice her Rock 101 performance songs. She LOVES playing on stage at the end of the term. All of the staff at School of Rock have been friendly and supportive of Laney - She loves seeing everyone each week!
Voice lessons with Arlys have been fantastic! Our son finally found a great connection with a voice coach who “gets him.” Comes out each time motivated to do his best!
