Nice facilities. Competent instructors.

The staff was so friendly! I was a little nervous (being a first timer to heated yoga) but my practicioner answered all my questions and made me feel right at ease.

Love that it is a modern take on yoga, and that instructors play current music. Very happy that Hot Power Fusion is part of the regular evening schedule now. HPF, C2, & Sculpt are my favorite classes so please continue to do a good rotation of those three.

I wish that classes were offered even earlier on weekday mornings like 5am or 5:15am. It would also be tremendous to offer at 5:30am or 6am class on Saturday and Sunday's.

The sculpt class was amazing! I train for marathons regularly and this class is perfect for my cross training days. It is really challenging, and would recommend to anyone looking for a total body workout with an edge.

The Old Town teachers are great. Christy is one of those people who brightens everyone's day. She's also a very good and knowledgeable teacher. Her classes are upbeat and fun. The room has great heat and the mens locker room is always clean. Lisa is also a great teacher with a wonderful positive attitude. Parking is easy on LaSalle or Clark streets.

I absolutely love coming to this studio. The relationships I have built with a few of the instructors has been wonderful. I really appreciate their help and assistance in bettering my practice. They seem to genuinely care about their yogis, which makes me feel even more comfortable about Attending their classes. A big thank you to Ken and Christy 😊

even though every class is different it is consistently the same in terms of a good work out for the mind and body. I love it every time i walk in and leave the studio which is why I have been taking classes there for almost 10 years!

Large and comfortable studios

Good location and good availability of class times

I loved the CP1 class. It was my first time and it was very easy to follow along. I loved the warm room and how the instructor never made me feel like I was "behind", which is common at a lot of other studios, I've found, being the new person.

I really enjoy how it helps me relieve stress. Very convenient location and it is clean!

I love the class and the music. The tiny locker room could use some improvement. There is a huge conference room at this facility! Sure wish the planners would have given more room to the locker room and less room to the conference room...........

The people are really friendly and great. The studio is clean and smells good (unique for a lot of hot yoga studios).
